SEND and Safeguarding
Education and health services work closely together with parents to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities
At Cranmere Primary School we are proud to be an inclusive school where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential. We recognise that some children may need additional help at different times in their learning journey, and our dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team works closely with pupils, families, and staff to provide the right support. Through tailored teaching, specialist interventions, and strong partnerships with external professionals, we aim to ensure that all children feel happy, confident, and able to thrive.
